Robert Burrows is a 3-year veteran of the
Waxers having joined the team out of Midget hockey.
Rob has continued a tradition within his
family as both Rob's grandfather and great uncle played in Markham.
He has distinguished himself as a "Selke
Trophy" type of player and without question he is one of the elite
penalty killers in the League.
His offensive numbers have improved each year
and Rob had had a knack for being involved in big goals that the team has
scored.
"Burrs" is a tireless
worker and his dedication to his teammates is recognized by players and staff
alike.
In his three-year Junior career, Rob played
in 145 games collecting 25 goals and 37 assists for a total of 62 points.
Rob truly bleeds blue and white!
