Robert has always been a loyal Waxer and a terrific teammate. Robert has steadily improved his offensive numbers over the three years while becoming one of the elite penalty killers in the league.

Below is the full text of the tribute specific to the tribute to number fifteen, Robert Burrows, as presented by Andy Herrington.

Robert Burrows is a 3-year veteran of the Waxers having joined the team out of Midget hockey.

Rob has continued a tradition within his family as both Rob's grandfather and great uncle played in Markham.

He has distinguished himself as a "Selke Trophy" type of player and without question he is one of the elite penalty killers in the League.

His offensive numbers have improved each year and Rob had had a knack for being involved in big goals that the team has scored.

"Burrs" is a tireless worker and his dedication to his teammates is recognized by players and staff alike.

In his three-year Junior career, Rob played in 145 games collecting 25 goals and 37 assists for a total of 62 points.

Rob truly bleeds blue and white!
