GRAD NIGHT: A TRIBUTE TO THE SOLDIERS IN BLUE AND WHITE,  AN EMOTIONAL EVENING THAT INVOKED MANY, MANY MIXED EMOTION
Jimmy Ball#4 - JIMMY BALL
Off to St. Lawrence University on scholarship next season, Jimmy has spent the past three years in a Waxer uniform joining the team as a 15 year old.

A terrific defenseman at both ends of the rink, Jimmy has been called on to perform in all situations and has lived up to expectations. Jimmy served as an Assistant Captain this season and was selected to the All-Star Game on the South-East team.

Below is the full text of the tribute specific to the tribute to number four, Jimmy Ball, as presented by Andy Herrington.

Jimmy Ball joined the Waxers as a 15-year-old right out of Minor Bantam hockey.

He made an immediate impact in the League and was rewarded as an under-age draft pick by the OHL.

As Jimmy progressed as a player the U.S. College teams began recruiting him and Jimmy will start next season on a full ride scholarship at St. Lawrence University.

"Ballsy" is known around the League for his strength and power game while his end to end rushes are feared by defensemen and goaltenders alike.

Jimmy has been rewarded for his solid play and dedication by being named an Alternate Captain and selected as a League All-Star.

In 130 games during his three-year Junior career, Jimmy scored 21 goals and collected 56 assists for a total of 77 points.

The Waxers are extremely proud of all that Jimmy has accomplished and of everything that the Ball family has done for this organization.

Best of luck in the future, #4, JIMMY BALL!
