On the heels of a strong performance, the Waxers returned home to face cross-town rivals the Stouffville Spirirt. Markham seemed to have forgotten that there was a game on this Friday night as the Spirit crushed the home squad 11-3.

Markham goals were scored by Derek Doucette, Patrick Diotte and Albert Ferrante. Assists were earned by Jesse Boucher, Jason Duffy, Pat Porretta and Ben Cottreau.
