A close game through most of two periods became a romp in favour of the visitors during a 9-1 loss to the Buzzers Saturday night. With the score 2-1 entering the final minute of the second period, St. Mike's scored twice in that last minute and then 5 times in the third.

An embarrassing effort to say the least, the Waxers lone highlight was an exciting end-to-end rush by Albert Ferrante that resulted in the only goal for the Waxers. Jesse Boucher and Nick Kemp had assists.

Not much more can be said about this slow paced, lack luster game between these two high flying squads.
