WAXERS MAKE MINOR MOVE AS TRADING DEADLINE APPROACHES
The Markham Waxers have completed a transaction to move winger Jim Stamatopoulos to the Stouffville Spirit.

With the trading deadline approaching rapidly teams are looking to settle their rosters for the final drive of the regular season and the post-season that follows. The Waxers are no exception as they moved the offensive-minded forward to the Spirit. The trading deadline is midnight Monday and free agents can be signed up until February 10.

The Waxer organization wish the best of luck to Jim with his new club.
